Instead of constantly having to learn brand new things, it would mean I could finally begin refining my knowledge base. But it is also weird seeing that it is a “senior” level position I would hold at the age of 28 while on the other hand, I have 10+ years experience in the fields they want the position to be in. We shall see how it all plays out....Triple yellow Focus ST for your time as mine will receive a lot of love if I get this position.

Jump on the senior position if you can, even if you feel like you’re too young for it. I’m 35 and have 12 years of experience in my field, and I’m job searching right now.
I often apply for jobs where they’re tagged as senior, but then they call me, ask me about my background and how much I make, and they say I’m more experienced and expensive than they were looking for. Who knew at 35 I would old and overqualified?
I’ve got some prospects that are the right level of seniority/pay but it involves a lot of filtering.
